I am 70 with an ‘O’ visa and have been living in Thailand for 5 years. I receive my pensions every month to a Swiss bank account. These pensions are tax free as I am not a resident in Switzerland. Should I pay taxes if I transfer this money to my Thai bank account?

This will depend on the double taxation agreement between Switzerland and Thailand. You must check for these specific pensions. If it likely if the money is remitted to Thailand then it must be declared and taxed in Thailand, as you are a Thai tax resident.
