- Scope of Work (Services)
- Eligibility: To be eligible, you must have resided or will reside in Thailand for at least 180 days during the tax years for which you wish to file and have a tax filing obligation.
- Documentation: We may require additional documents depending on the Thai Revenue Department’s analysis of your submission. The specific documents required will be communicated to you during the process.
- Application Process: The timeframe for obtaining a TIN can vary. - Payment Requirement: Payment for the TIN application service is required upfront via a secure payment link provided by Expat Tax Thailand. The application process will not commence until payment has been received.
- Refund Policy: In the event that we are unable to obtain a TIN for you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
